The program is customized with options depending on your future building timeline. If you plan to build within three years, you can lock your rate on a 3-Yr Balloon with 15-Yr amortization. This rate lock holds for 25 days until your loan closes. If your project timeline extends beyond three years, you can also lock your rate on a 3/1 ARM with 15-Yr amortization with two points paid at closing.
